Woke up with a severe headache today. The pain starts from the head to my neck and shoulder...like it is tighly gripped and stretching it caused my head to have acute pain. Last night Joy refused to sleep on her own... keep crying.. pray for her, talk to her nicely, assuring her but still no use...so she cried from 11pm, 12midnight, 1am and 3am... Stanley and I were so burnt out.
It brought me memories when she was a newborn... the horrible night feedings...deprived of sleep everyday...*yucks*.. my decision not to have a second child is right. I am no longer young...really very tiring...
Recently I have been irritated by a few people whom I hardly known. I visited my friend who just gave birth at Gleneagles. Her mum was there and I only met her once. When she knew that I only want to have one child, she nagged at me throughout my whole visit... who is she? what gives her the right to nag at me? Hello? Will she be there to help me take care of my child if I really have another based on her advice? Then what gives her the right to command me to have another?**PISS**
When you are single, relatives asked when you are getting married. When you got married, they asked when you are having your first child. When you have your first child, they ask when are you having your second child. Though they have good intentions, they have unknowingly put pressure on us. I felt that it is very personal. Only the couple is able to decide what is best for them. Having 2 children may do good to you but not to others. Hence, for goodness sake, don't ask such irritating questions. If you have nothing to say, keep quiet.
