About Joy

Joy always amazes me with the things she said. I cut my hair recently. After my hair cut, I went to pick her up. She immediately noticed my new cut. I asked her if it was nice. After staring at it for a few seconds, she said, "like a sua ku ngai." It means mountain kid or very kampong looking...ha. So funny...my whole family laughed at her remarks.

Joy is always full of praise for me. Wow, mummy your new dress is so nice; you look so pretty; I love you, etc... and most importantly, I can tell that they are from the bottom of her heart. She is also full of praise for her daddy. For e.g. when her daddy helped her open a container, she will say, " Daddy you are so strong." Sometimes, out of the blue, she will say, "Hey who's that handsome man?"

I guess that is the joy to have children. They are so innocent and adorable. Of course, they come with their fair share of hardship. .. but one smile from them ... you are ready to go miles for them once again.
